Pengaruh Disiplin, Motivasi Dan Keterampilan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi Pt Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT

This research was conducted to determine the influence of discipline, motivation, and job skills on employee performance in the production department at PT Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru. The population in this study consisted of 74 production department employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling or census, namely all members of the population were sampled, so that the sample in this study amounted to 74 people. Data analysis employed Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software. Partially, the results of this study indicate that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the study results show that discipline, motivation, and job skills have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
