ABSTRACT

This research was conducted at PT. Bintang Distribution Indonesia, Kampar. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, leadership style and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bintang Distribution Indonesia, Kampar. The population in this study includes all employees totaling 48 people. The sampling technique uses a census sample where all members of the population will be sampled, therefore the sample in this study is
48 people. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study show that: Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work discipline, leadership style and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
