Efikasi Diri Sebagai Mediasi Pada Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Riau Angkatan 2019 Dan 2020)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on students' entrepreneurial interest with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. Determination of the sample size was carried out using the Slovin formula as many as 83 students and sampling using the stratified random sampling method.
The research variables studied consist of entrepreneurship education as an independent variable, interest in entrepreneurship as a dependent variable and self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method found in the SmartPLS software.
The results of this research conclude that self-efficacy is related to the influence of entrepreneurship education on students' entrepreneurial interest: Entrepreneurship education significantly influences students' entrepreneurial interest. Behavioral education influences self-efficacy significantly. Self-efficacy influences students' interest in entrepreneurship significantly, and education influences students' interest in entrepreneurship significantly through self- efficacy.
