Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Emotional Intelligence Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Tenaga Harian Lepas UPT RSUD Kepulauan Meranti
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, emotional intelligence and work stres on the performance of the Freelance nurses of UPTRSUD Kepulauan Meranti. This research is motivated by the importance of the role of human resources, especially nurses in improving the quality of health services in hospitals.This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected from 78 casual staff nurses at UPT RSUD Kepulauan Meranti. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all nurses of the Meranti Islands Regional Hospital UPT. Analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that self efficacy has a positif and significant effect on nurse performance. Emotional intelligence also has a positif and significant effect on nurse performance and work stres also has a positif and significant effect on nurse performance. This finding indicates that increasing self efficacy, emotional intelligence and work stres can improve nurse performance. While the R square value shows that self efficacy, emotional intelligence, and work stres can affect performance by 60.9%.
