This research aims to examine the influence of the use of information technology, organizational commitment, leadership style and community participation on accountability in village financial management. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 242 villages in Kampar Regency. The sampling method in this research uses non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The samples in this research were 60 villages in Kampar Regency which are included in the developing village category. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to 240 respondents consisting of village heads, heads of financial affairs, village consultative bodies and traditional leaders.
Data analysis in this research used the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The research results show that the variable use of information technology has a positive effect on accountability in village financial management, the organizational commitment variable has a positive effect on accountability in village financial management, the leadership style variable has no effect on accountability in village financial management, and the community participation variable has a positive effect on accountability in village financial management.
