Pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Suku Bunga Dan Nilai Tukar Terhadap Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) Di Provinsi Riau

This research aims to determine the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Interest Rates and Exchange Rates on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Riau Province. The data used in this research is annual data from 2006-2023. The method used is quantitative with data analysis using a multiple linear regression analysis model using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) approach using the SPSS 23 statistical program. During this research, it was found that GRDP had a significant positive effect and the Exchange Rate had a significant negative effect on FDI in Riau Province with a significant 5 percent. Meanwhile, interest rates do not have a significant effect on FDI in Riau Province. The variations in factors that influence FDI are explained in GRDP, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates have an effect of 68.8% (Adjusted R Square(R2)of 0.688).Meanwhile, the remaining 31.2% was influenced by other independent factors not examined in this study.
