Analisismitra Bermasalah Dalammelakukan Pinjaman Pada Pt Amartha Mikro Fintek Di Nagari Batipuah Baruah Kecamatan Batipuh Kabupaten Tanah Datar Provinsi Sumatera Barat

This study was conducted in Jorong Ladang Laweh Nagari Batipuah Baruah Batipuh District Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra province with the aim to determine the cause of problematic partners in making loans at PT Amartha Mikro Fintek Padang Panjang branch and strategies undertaken by problematic partners in making loan payments at PT Amartha Mikro Fintek Padang Panjang Branch. The research method used is a qualitative method, which uses direct observation research techniques to the field, conducted in-depth interviews with research subjects, which became the main sujek in this study 5 people, namely 1 person Amartha partner group leader and 4 Amartha partner members who had problems in making loans to Amartha, the key informants in this study were Business Manager(BM) PT Amartha Micro Fintek Padang Panjang branch and head Jorong Ladang Laweh, as well as documentation in data collection. The theory used in this study is the theory of action from Talcott Parsons. The results of this study stated that the cause of problematic partners in making loans at PT Amartha Mikro Fintek Padang Panjang branch in Nagari Batipuah Baruah is because partners often experience crop failure, and the business built by Partners is not going well. And the strategy undertaken by troubled partners in lending to PT Amartha Mikro Fintek Padang Panjang branch in Nagari Batipuah Baruah is to find additional work, increase working time, reduce expenses or buy potluck needs, instill a thrifty attitude, borrow money to the nearest person for a while.
