The low production of okra in Riau is due to low soil fertility, especially inceptisol soil. This study aims to determine the interaction effect of cow urine liquid organic fertilizer and NPK fertilizer, single factor of cow urine and NPK fertilizer, and get the best concentration of cow urine liquid organic fertilizer and NPK fertilizer dosage. The research was conducted experimentally in the field arranged according to a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor was the dose of cow urine liquid organic fertilizer with 4 treatments (0, 150, 300, and 450) cc.1-¹ water. The second factor is NPK fertilizer with 3 treatments (300, 450, and 600) kg.ha-¹. The parameters observed were plant heigth, first flowering age, first harvest age, number of fruits per plant, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit weight per plant, number of fruits per plot and fruit weight per plot. The results showed that there was no interaction of bovine urine liquid organic fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on all parameters. The application of cow urine liquid organic fertilizer 450 cc.1-¹ water increased the growth and production of okra plants on the parameters of plant height, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, number of fruits per plot, fruit weight per plot. Application of NPK fertilizer 600 kg.ha-¹ increased the growth and production of okra plants on plant height, flowering age, first harvest age, fruit length, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, number of fruits per plot and fruit weight per plot.
