Analisis Usaha Dan Pemasaran Agroindustri Tahu (Studi Kasus : Tahu Bapak Hadi Di Desa Rimba Beringin Kecamatan Tapung Hulu Kabupaten Kampar)
The objectives of this research are: 1) to determine the condition of Mr. Hadi's tofu agro-industry business through production aspects, processing aspects, technological aspects, marketing aspects and institutional aspects in Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. 2) analyze Mr Hadi's tofu agro-industry business through production aspects, processing aspects, technological aspects, marketing aspects and institutional aspects in Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. 3) develop an appropriate marketing strategy for Mr Hadi's tofu agro-industry in Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This research was carried out in July–September 2024. The research method used was the case study method. The research results show that the total cost of raw materials is Rp.21,010,000.00. Total production costs in July 2024 amounted to Rp.26,478,948.16 and receipts Rp.54,600,000.00 and generated income Rp.28,121,051.84. The value of the final product is Rp.28,500, the value of other inputs is Rp.863.84, the added value is Rp.16,636.16, the value added ratio of soybeans processed into tofu is 58.37%. Agroindustry knows that Mr. Hadi has two marketing channels, namely marketing channel 0 and marketing channel I. The marketing margin on marketing channel 0 is Rp. 0 because there are no marketing institutions involved, while on marketing channel I the total marketing margin is Rp.175.00 Value marketing efficiency for level 0 Marketing Channels is 0.13 percent, while for level I Marketing Channels it is 0.15 percent. So the most efficient marketing channel in this research is Marketing Channel 0. Marketing strategies that can be implemented by Pak Hadi's tofu agroindustry are by utilizing employee skills to create more diverse products, maintaining taste with prices that remain stable even though raw material prices rise, and carrying out promotions using social media.
