Dampak Keberadaan Peremajaan Sawit Rakyat (PSR) Di Kawasan Perkebunan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV REGIONAL III Sei. Galuh Terhadap Perekonomian Masyarakat Di Kecamatan Tapung, Kabupaten Kampar (Studi Kasus: KUD Mojopahit Jaya)
This study aims to determine the impact of the existence of People's Palm Oil Replanting (PSR) in the PT. Nusantara IV Regional III Sei.Galuh Plantation on the economy of the community of Tapung District, Kampar Regency (case study: KUD Mojopahit Jaya). The research respondents were 86 people. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. This study was analyzed using quantitative descriptive and independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS
26. Based on data collected through a questionnaire using the Likert Scale, the results of the study show that 1) PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III Sei. Galuh has contributed positively to the PSR program in Tapung District, Kampar Regency. 2) the absorption of labor in KUD Mojopahit Jaya due to the PSR program. 3) there is a difference in the income of farmers and BHL (Freelance Daily Labor) due to the PSR program from the sample test between farmers' income and labor before and now, the results of farmers' income before the PSR of 0.052 ˃ 0.05 are normally distributed and the income of farmers is now 0.006 ˃
0.005 is normally distributed. Meanwhile, to calculate the income of BHL (Freelance Daily Laborers) using the wilcoxon signed ranks test, an asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.002. Because the value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.005 (0.002
< 0.005). The managerial implications of this research are to increase socialization to the public about the PSR Program and that the community should not depend on income from oil palm plantations, but have other jobs such as other agriculture or have other small businesses.
