Pengaruh Customer Relationship Dan Information Sharing Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Pada Produk Benings Skincare Di Kota Pekanbaru Dengan Inovasi Produk Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Produk Benings Skincare di Kota Pekanbaru)
This study aims to determine the effect of customer relationships and information sharing on competitive advantage in benings skincare products in Pekanbaru City with product innovation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were agent partners and reseller team Infinity Benings Skincare Pekanbaru which consisted of 102 partners. Sampling technique used by research is saturated sampling technique. The analysis method used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) which is processed using SmartPLS 4. Research results with hypothesis testing show that product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Customer relationship has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Customer relationship has a positive and significant effect on product innovation. Information sharing has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Information sharing has a positive and significant effect on product innovation. Product innovation mediates the influence between customer relationships on competitive advantage. Product innovation mediates the influence between nformation sharing on competitive advantage.
