The existence of the Mangrove Education Center Ecotourism over time has experienced some damage, to attract tourists, of course, efforts are needed to preserve ecotourism. Tourists can preserve ecotourism by paying for services, products and services when visiting ecotourism. This study aims to determine the characteristics of ecotourism visitors, analyze the willingness to pay (WTP) value of visitors for improving ecotourism services and facilities and determine the factors that influence the WTP value at the Mangrove Education Center Ecotourism in Pangkalan Jambi Village, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency. Primary data were collected through interviews with 50 respondents. Which were selected using convenience sampling technique or accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed by a combination of descriptive qualitative and quantitative by conducting contingent valuation method (CVM) and multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS software version 24. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of ecotourism visitors are dominated by women (68%), mostly aged 15-25 years (88%), unmarried (92%), have no dependents (92%), the last education is high school / high school level (76%), students (62%), income Rp < 500,000 (64%), domicile distance 5-10 km (34%), and frequency of visits more than four times (34%). The total WTP value of mangrove ecotourism visitors is IDR 608,000/month, and the WTP value of visitors is IDR 6,080/person. Factors that positively influence the WTP value at the Mangrove Education Center Ecotourism are education level, occupation and average monthly income, while the value of education, number of dependents, distance from home, and age have a negative influence on the WTP value.
