Analisis Risiko Lingkungan Akibat Pajanan Kadmium (Cd) Dan Timbal (Pb) Dalam Debu Jatuh (Dust Fall) Dari Aktivitas Pltu Di Area Perkantoran Walikota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT Tenayan Raya Steam Power Plant (PLTU) uses coal as the main fuel to produce dust emissions containing heavy metals. Observations around the PLTU in the Office Area to see the impact of dust fall dispersion are estimated to come from the PLTU which contributes cadmium (Cd) metal content and transportation activities that contribute lead (Pb) metal content. This study aims to analyze the environmental risk due to exposure to particulate cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) contained in dust fall. Sampling was conducted for 30 days from June 12 to July 11, 2024 using dust fall collectors. The measurement results show that the total dust fall levels at point 1, point 2, and point 3 are 8.99 tons/km2/month, 9.34 tons/km2/month, and 9.62 tons/km2/month in 30 days of measurement, with the highest Cd concentration value in the dust fall of 0.82 mg/m3/day and the highest Pb of 0.65 mg/m3/day. The results of the calculation of environmental risk analysis obtained the average value of realtime Cd intake at point 1 is 0.005 mg/kg/day and at point 2 is 0.008 mg/kg/day, while the average value of realtime Pb intake at point 1 is 0.006 mg/kg/day and at point 2 is 0.007 mg/kg/day, with the average value of realtime Risk Quetiont (RQ) Cd and Pb highest at point 2 is 0.002. In this study, it was found that all sample points had an RQ value of ≤ 1 for Cd and Pb, which means it is safe for the environmental risks of workers in the Pekanbaru Mayor's Office.
