Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada Rumah Sakit Bakti Timah Kabupaten Karimun

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, work
discipline, and workload on the performance of nurses at Bakti Timah Hospital,
Karimun Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a population
of all nurses of the Bakti Timah Hospital, Karimun Regency as many as 103
people. The technique used is to use purposive sampling technique, where only
nurses who are permanent nurses are used. where only nurses who are permanent
nurses are sampled, namely 83 people. Data analysis using multiple linear
regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed
that: Emotional intelligence has apositive and significant effect on nurse
performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on nurse
performance, workload has a negative and significant effect on nurse
performance, emotional intelligence, work discipline, and workload
simultaneously affect nurse performance.
