Pengaruh Kualitas Produk , Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Toko Leoma Grosir Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of product quality and service quality on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an mediating variable at the leoma grosir pekanbaru store. the population in this study were all consumers who had shopped at the leoma wholesale store at least twice. the sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique and a sample of 100 consumers was obtained. the data analysis method used is path analysis the results of this research show that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. product quality, customer quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on loyalty. product quality and service quality have a significant effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction as a variable mediating.
