Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Stres Kerjaterhadap Turnover Employee Dengan Komitmenorganisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening(Studi Kasus Pada Pt. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Di Selatpanjang
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of the work
environment and work stres on employee turnover with organizational commitment as an
intervening variable, using a case study of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah in Selatpanjang.
This research is a case study with a quantitative method approach. The subject of the
research is the employees of BRK Syariah in Selatpanjang as respondents. data collection
using questionnaires, observations, and also interviews. The technique used in data analysis
employs the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method, operated
through the SMART PLS application program.
The research results show that the work environment has a positive and significant
effect on employee turnover with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at
Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Selatpanjang. Where a higher level of work environment will reduce
the turnover rate of employees with organizational commitment. Meanwhile, work stres has a
negative and significant impact on employee turnover with organizational commitment as an
intervening variable at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Selatpanjang. Where higher levels of work
stres will increase the turnover rate of employees with organizational commitment.
