Penerapan Trapezoidal Fuzzy Soft Matrices Pada Diagnosis Penyakit Ispa, Common Cold, Dan Faringitis

This final project contains a combination of the concept of trapezoidal fuzzy number matrices and the concept of fuzzy soft matrices, so as to obtain the concept of trapezoidal fuzzy soft matrices that are applied in diagnosing ARI, Common Cold (CC), and Pharyngitis. In the application process, this final project contains a new algorithm that is a parametric form of trapezoidal fu- zzy numbers so that can be done by subtracting the upper and lower in each matrix entry to get the membership value and make the calculation simple. The data obtained is in the form of a range of values with a scale of 0 − 10, so that the data is first converted into trapezoidal fuzzy numbers which are then converted to trapezoidal fuzzy soft set (TpFSS) by using the membership function of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. The matrix representation of (TpFSS) that is trapezoidal fuzzy soft matrices (TpFSM ), is applied in diagnosing di- seases through matrix scores and matrix utilities that are classified into three possibilities, so as to be able to diagnose the diseases and also measure the patient’s resistance to the diseases.
