Pengaruh Partisipasi Tenaga Kerja Dan Upah Perempuan Di Sektor Pertanian Terhadap Kemiskinan Di Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
This study aims to see whether there is an influence of the level of labor force participation and wages received by women in the agricultural sector on poverty in Riau Province in 2012-2023. The data used in this research is secondary data which is time series. The method in this study uses multiple regression analysis, statistical testing includes the f test, t test, and R square, as well as the classical assumption test, namely normality, multicollinearity heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the Female Labor Force Participation Rate in the agricultural sector has a no effect on poverty. Wages received by women in the agricultural sector have a significant negative effect on poverty.
