Pengaruh Inovasi Produk Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Pada Meatnight Steak Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to test and determine the effect of product innovation and product
quality on competitive advantage at Meatnight Steak Pekanbaru. The population of
this study includes all consumers of Meatnight Steak Pekanbaru. Sampling in this
study used a purposive sampling technique, namely taking a number of samples that
represent the variations or characteristics that exist in the population with a total
of 100 respondents. The data analysis method of this study uses the SPSS (Statistical
Package for the Social Sciences) analysis method with IBM SPSS software version
26. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence
between product innovation and product quality on competitive advantage.
