Analisis Usaha Dan Strategi Pemasaran Agroindustri Nanas(Studi Kasus Kerupuk Nanas Kelompok Tani Tunas Makmur Di Kelurahan Sungai Pakning Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis)
ABSTRACT
The pineapple agroindustry holds significant potential to support the local economy, particularly in Sungai Pakning Village, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency. This study aims to analyze the pineapple agroindustry managed by the Tunas Makmur Farmer Group, identify its internal and external factors, and formulate effective marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness. Tunas Makmur Farmer Group is the only farmer group that runs pineapple agro-industry in Sungai Pakning Village. This pineapple agro-industry group produces one type of processed product, namely, pineapple crackers. The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategies that can be applied by the group to increase product sales. This research is a case study research, with the key informants in this research are the head of the farmer group and the head of the UMKM Tunas Makmur Farmer Group. Data analysis in this study, namely, production costs, equipment depreciation, gross income, net income, RCR and added value. The analysis method uses the IFE and EFE matrix, SWOT and AHP. The results of this study indicate that RCR> 1, namely, 1.96%, indicates that the pineapple cracker agroindustry in the tunas makmur farmer group is profitable and feasible to market. Prioritization of pineapple agro-industry marketing strategies, namely, increasing e-commerce to market products with a value of 1.20 means that utilizing more e-commerce has a big impact on pineapple cracker sales by reaching more customers and being more effective for marketing costs.
