Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Persepsi Risiko Dan Norma Subjektif Terhadap Minat Penggunaan Financial Technology Peer To Peer Lending Dengan Kepercayaan Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Generasi Milenial Di Kota Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Literacy, Risk Perception,
and Subjective Norms through Trust as a mediation on the Intention to Use
Financial Technology Peer-to-Peer Lending among millennials in Pekanbaru City.
This type of research is quantitative research using primary data obtained through
distributing questionnaires to millennials in Pekanbaru City.
The population in this study consists of the millennial generation in
Pekanbaru City who have used or are well aware of P2P lending fintech services.
The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling method. Determination of the
number of samples in the study using the Lemeshow formula and obtained a
sample size of 96 respondents from Millenial in Pekanbaru City. The data
obtained were analyzed using SEME-PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis
techniques with data processing software in the form of WarpPLS version 7.0.
The results of the study indicate that Financial Literacy, Risk Perception,
and Subjective Norms do not directly influence the Intention to Use Fintech P2P
Lending. However, Financial Literacy, Risk Perception, and Subjective Norms
indirectly affect the Intention to Use Fintech P2P Lending through Trust as a
intervening variable.
