THE INFLUENCE OF SUPERVISION AND TEAMWORK ON
PERFORMANCE WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS AN INTERVENING
VARIABLE IN EMPLOYEES OF PT PLN RAYON AIR MOLEK PASIR
PENYU DISTRICT INDRAGIRI HULU DISTRICT

This research was conducted to examine the effect of supervision and teamwork
on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of
PT PLN Rayon Air Molek, Pasir Penyu District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The
population in this study were employees of PT PLN Rayon Air Molek, Pasir
Turtle District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research consists of four variables,
including Supervision (X1), Teamwork (X2), Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction
(Z). The sample in this study was employees of PT PLN Rayon Air Molek, Pasir
Turtle District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, totaling 78 people. In terms of data
analysis, this research uses the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science)
application. Based on the hypothesis testing carried out, the research results show
that it can be concluded that supervision has a positive and significant influence
on job satisfaction, teamwork has a positive and significant influence on job
satisfaction, that supervision has a positive and significant influence on
performance, teamwork has a positive influence and significant impact on
performance, that job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on
performance, based on the results of research that has been conducted it was
found that supervision has a positive and significant influence on employee
performance through employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable, that
teamwork has a positive and significant influence on performance employees
through employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
