Pengaruh Pengalaman Magang, Efikasi Diri Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa S1Manajemen Universitas Riau
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted on undergraduate S1 management students at riau university, with the aim of analyzing the effect of internship experience, self- efficacy and work motivation on work readiness in undergraduate S1 management students at Riau University. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with the sampling technique used, namely proportionate stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were 194 students. Data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression through SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of the analysis testing carried out, prove, 1) Internship experience, self-efficacy and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of undergraduate S1 management students at riau university. 2) Internship experience has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of undergraduate S1 management students at riau university. 3) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of undergraduate S1 management students of riau university 4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of undergraduate S1 management students of riau university. The magnitude of the influence contribution is 51% or 0.51.
