Outcome Pasien Osteoartritis Panggul Rsud Arifin Achmad Pasca Operasi Total Hip Replacement Menggunakan Kuesioner Hagos
Background: Hip osteoarthritis is caused by the body's inability to regenerate the hip joint, causing hip degeneration which affects hip function and the patient's quality of life.
Objectives: To determine and characterize the outcomes in hip osteoarthritis patients after total hip replacement surgery at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Pekanbaru for the period 2021–2024.
Methods: This research method uses a cross-sectional method. This study used a sample of 9 people who were conducted at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Pekanbaru from January to November 2024. Data was taken through medical records of hip osteoarthritis patients and filling out a questionnaire using the validated Indonesian version of The Copenhagen Hip and Groin Outcome Score (HAGOS). This questionnaire was filled out via Google Form and guided interviews.
Results: The results of the study of 9 hip osteoarthritis patients who were measured. The profile of female patients obtained as many as 7 people (78%), 2 male people (22%). The largest age group was >60 years, namely 6 people (67%) and an average of 52.89 years. The results of the outcome assessment of 9 hip OA patients after THR, obtained an average result of the pain variable 85, symptoms 85.56, physical function in daily activities 81.67, physical function in sports and recreation 84.38, participation in physical activity 88.89, and quality of life 86.67.
