Kepuasan Anggota Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Lembaga (Bumdes) Barokah Di Desa Sari Makmur Kecamatan Pangkalan Lesung Kabupaten Pelalawan
ABSTRACT
Poverty remains a major challenge in rural areas, including in Sari Makmur
Village, Pangkalan Lesung Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency. As part of its poverty
alleviation efforts, the local government established the Village-Owned Enterprise
(BUMDes) "Barokah" to improve community welfare. However, despite the steady
growth in membership, many community members remain uninterested in joining.
This indicates a need to assess member satisfaction with the service quality provided
by BUMDes. This study aims to analyze member satisfaction toward the service
quality of BUMDes Barokah in Sari Makmur Village. The research employs a
survey method with a quantitative approach. Samples were selected using
disproportional random sampling, involving 89 respondents. Data were analyzed
using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The findings reveal that
overall service quality at BUMDes Barokah has met members' expectations,
particularly in the tangibles and empathy dimensions which showed positive
performance. However, notable performance gaps were identified in the reliability
and responsiveness dimensions, especially in terms of employee professionalism and
clarity of communication. The IPA mapping further indicates that several service
attributes fall into the quadrant of top priority for improvement.
