Tingkat Kepuasan Nelayan Terhadap Pelayanan Penyediaan Perbekalan Melaut Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Bungus
Bungus Ocean Fishing Port (PPS), located in Bungus Bay, Padang City, West Sumatra, has a strategic role in supporting capture fisheries activities. The port provides various facilities, including fuel oil (BBM), ice, and clean water, essential for fishermen's operations. This study aims to analyze the level of fishermen's satisfaction with the quality and efficiency of seafood supply services and identify factors that become obstacles or need to be improved in the operation of these services. The method used in this research is Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to measure the level of satisfaction and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine the attributes that are prioritized for improvement, and data obtained through field observations, literature studies, and purposive sampling were used to determine the fishermen group respondents. Data were collected through surveys of crew members, skippers, and fishing gear owners using a purposive sampling method. The results showed CSI values for diesel fuel (72.45%), clean water (70.67%), and ice (71.75%), which were in the satisfied category, although there was still room for improvement, especially in terms of service speed and availability of facilities. The results of this study can be a reference for port managers to improve services and support the sustainability of fisheries.
