Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Otokratis, Motivasi Kerja Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Riset Dan Inovasi Daerah Kabupaten Pelalawan
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of autocratic leadership, work motivation and
communication on the performance of employees of the regional research and innovation
agency of Pelalawan Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated
sample technique with 37 respondents. Data collected through questionnaires processed with
multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results prove that leadership has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance, and simultaneously autocratic leadership, work motivation and
communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the
R square value, these three variables explain 80.2% of the variability in employee
performance, with an R square value of 0.802.
