Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi Melalui Komitmen Organisasi Pada Tenaga Kesehatan Di Rsia Annisa Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at Annisa Pekanbaru Mother and Child
Hospital (RSIA). The purpose of this research is To find out the influence of job
satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational
commitment in the workforce health at RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru. The population of
this study is health workers at RSIA Annisa Pekanbaru. This research sample uses
the sample technique total with a sample of 49 health workers. The method used
in this research is using quantitative descriptive with Structural Equation
Modelling-Partial Least analysis Square (SEM-PLS) The results of this study
show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational
citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on
organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and
significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, commitment as an
intervening variable gives a positive and significant effect on the influence of job
satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior.
