Pengaruh Motivasi, Pelatihan, Dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Kota Di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation, training, and
work facilities on employee performance at the Department of Public Works and
Spatial Planning of Pekanbaru City. The background of this research stems from
the low Civil Servant Professionalism Index at the agency, which stood at 44.59,
categorized as very low. This research employs a quantitative associative approach
using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. Data were collected through
questionnaires distributed to employees of the department. The results indicate that,
partially, motivation and training have a positive and significant effect on employee
performance, while work facilities show a positive but not statistically significant
effect. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence employee
performance. The coefficient of determination (R-square) is 0.549, meaning that
54.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by motivation,
training, and work facilities, while the remaining 45.1% is influenced by other
factors not included in this model.
