Pengaruh Pesepsi Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan Pemahaman Literasi Keuangan Dan Persepsi Risiko Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Perilaku Konsumtif Dalam Penggunaan Paylater Pada E- Commerce
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of Ease of Use, Financial Literacy, and Risk on Purchase Decisions through Consumptive Behavior in the use of Paylater on E- Commerce platforms. Paylater has become a popular payment method that offers transaction convenience but has the potential to encourage consumptive behavior, especially among the younger generation. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the relationships between variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to e-commerce users who use Paylater in Pekanbaru City, with a total of one hundred (100) respondents consisting of both students and the general public. The results show that ease of use, financial literacy, and risk, both directly and indirectly through consumptive behavior, have a significant effect on purchase decisions. These findings provide important implications for consumers to be wiser in using Paylater services and to pay more attention to consumptive behavior that may lead to financial difficulties in the future. For e-commerce operators, it is expected to provide educational platforms about financial literacy so that users make more rational and responsible purchase decisions.
