ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the impact of Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence on Customer Satisfaction through Immersive Experience in the Skin Cam feature, particularly for Skintific products on Shopee among Zillennials. The calculation of the sample size in this study was conducted using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in a total sample size of 400 respondents who have used the Skin Cam feature and purchased Skintific brand products on Shopee. The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence have a positive and significant effect on Immersive Experience. Additionally, Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence also have a positive and significant impact on Customer Satisfaction. These findings provide important insights for marketers to understand the factors influencing Customer Satisfaction, and emphasize the importance of Immersive Experience in the skincare industry, particularly on e- commerce platforms.
