Hubungan Antara Tingkat Stres Dengan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Riau Angkatan 2008
Stress is a human psychologic response in life, include students. Stress is one
factor that influences academic achievement. The stress level of medical students is
influenced by many factors, such as a busy learning schedule and number of duty. This
study was designed to determine the assosiation between the level of stress with medical
student learning achievement in Riau University class of 2008. The method of this
research was cross sectional analytic study. The number of sample were 116 students.
The level of stress was measured by a modified medical student stresor questionnaire
(MSSQ) that has been modified and the learning achievement was collected by
cummulative achievement index. The data was analysed by Chi Square test. The result
of this research was p=0,327 (p>0.05) which indicates there was no relationship
between the level of stress with learning achievement.
