Pengaruh Perbedaan Kosentrasi Pupuk Daun Dan Media Tanam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Stek Mawar (Rosadamascena.M)
This research is aimed to obtain leaf manure treatment interaction with finest planting media for roses growth and production. The research was done by experimental design, using split plot design based on Completely Randomized Design. Consists of to factor, each factor consists of 3 level treatment and each of it repeated 3 times. First factor was leaf manure concentration; E1=(1 cc/liters of water), E2=(2 cc/liters of water), E3=(3 cc/liters of water). Second factor was type of planting media; M1=(inseptisol type of top soil), M2=(50% soil + 50% sawdust), M3=(50% soil + 50% rice husk). The data obtained from multiple test will further test with DNMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) at level 5%. The results of the research indicated that interaction of top soil with leaf manure in 1 cc/liters of water gived best result on all parameter. Shoot length each plant, amount of shoot each plant, amount of leaves each plant, appearance of first flower, and amount of flower shoot each plant. It is recommended to carry out further research, observe growth production of roses in mixed soil media with sawdust and rice husk by use of different volume comparison.
