Pengaruh Pendidikan Latihan, Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kampar
This research was conducted to find out if there is the influence of the
education and training, motivation, discipline of work against the performance of
employees at the Secretariat of The Kampar Regency. The Data collected on the
basis of a questionnaire to the 73 respondents as samples taken with the system of
stratified random sampling from a population that numbered 274 employees.
This type of research used is explanatory. Data analysis using the
technique of test validity and reliability, test assumptions and hypothesis test that
is classic regression correlation and partial correlation double. The results of
analysis demonstrate that together, there is significant influence between training,
motivation, and work discipline against an employee's performance with the value
of the coefficient of determination of 56.3%. Of the three independent variables
tested variable is a variable turns out to be the motivation of the most dominant
influences on performance while the variable work discipline do not affect
significantly the performance of employees.
