Hubungan Motivasi Belajar Dengan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Riau Angkatan 2011
Student academic achievement can be see from Grade Point Average (GPA) presented in the Card Study. There are many factors affect learning achievement, them: external factors namely social environment and non social environment, internal factors namely physiological factors and psychological factors, and learning approach factors. Motivation to learn is one of important factors affect learning achievement. If have high motivation, then will get high learning achievement. The purpose of this research was to known relationship between motivation to learn with learning achievement medical student of Riau University in year 2011. Design of this research was analytic, with cross sectional approach. Subject of this research were medical students of Riau University in year 2011. Total sample of this research were 90 people and used minimal sample formula from Tarro Yamane. This research used motivation to learn questionnaire for measured motivation to learn and Card study for measured learning achievement. Data analysis in this research used Spearman test. The result of this research showed relation extremely weak and not significant between motivation to learn with learning achievement (r=0,114 p=0,285). Conclusion of this research there was no relationship between motivation to learn with learning achievement medical student University of Riau in year 2011.
