Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Rotating Trio Exchange (Rte) Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Pokok Bahasan Koloid Di Kelas Xi Sma Negeri 2 Pekanbaru
The research about application of cooperative learning model Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) to improve the students learning achievement in chemistry subject of colloidal in class XI SMAN 2 Pekanbaru was held in April 4th until September 12th. The aim of the study was to determine whether the application of cooperative learning model Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) can improve the learning achievement of students on the subject of chemical colloids. The population in this study were all students of class XI of SMAN 2 Pekanbaru which consists of 4 classes and samples are taken randomly to classes that have been homogeneity test, the importance of the XI Science 1 as an experimental class and class XI Science 2 as the control class. The results show that the cooperative learning Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) can improve the learning achievement of students on the subject of colloids (ttest>ttable, 3.1754>1.667) with the increasing percentage of 11.45 %.
