Bentuk Pelayanan Yang Diterima Dan Persepsi Ibu Hamil Terhadap Pelayanan Antenatal Di Puskesmas Sidomulyo Dan Sidomulyo Rawat Inap Pekanbaru

The purpose of this research is to find out the type of service received and perceptions of expectant to antenatal care. This research uses a simple descriptive. This sampling technique explored purposive sample with 73 expectant who came to the Community Health Center. This research was conducted in Sidomulyo and Sidomulyo Rawat Inap Community Health Center Pekanbaru. The data was collected by questionnaire that had been tested the validity and reliability. Analysis of this research used univariate and frequency distribution. The result of this research showed that from 73 respondents surveyed, 38 respondents (52.1%) said the service received good, and the rest 35 respondents (47.9%) said that the type of services received deficient, and then 44 respondents (60 , 3%) had a positive perception of antenatal care at Community Health Center , and the rest 29 respondents (39.7%) had a negative perception of antenatal care in Community Health Center. Based on this result, the researcher suggested to the health workers to improve the services provided, especially antenatal care are still relatively less and maintain a positive public perception of the health services at the Comunity Health Center.
