Sintesis, Uji Toksisitas dan Uji Antibakteri Kalkon Turunan Halobenzaldehid
Six chalcones of halobenzaldehyde derivative have been synthesized by Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction in base condition (KOH) using microwave with rendement 60-70%. The structure of all compounds were characterized based on the interpretation of spectroscopic data including UV-Vis, FTIR,1HNMR and MS. The toxicity test was done by Brine Shrimp Lethality test (BSLT) method. The six chalcones were proved to have toxicity potency for with LC50 values < 200 μg/ml. However these compounds did not show activities as antibacterial except (E)-(3-(2-klorofenil)-1-(2’-klorofenil)-prop-2-en-1-on, (E)-(3-(2-klorofenil)-1-(4’-kloro fenil)-prop-2-en-1-on
