Analisis Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Sebelum Krisis Global, Saat Krisis Global dan SesudahKrisis Global
The global economic crisis has resulted in loss and bankruptcy of various financial institutions. Measuring the financial ratio of a bank is very important as a base to measure the bank sound-ness and growth.
This research sought to find out whether there is a significant difference of the bank soundness in Indonesia before, during and after the global crisis. The bank soundness was measured using CAMEL ratio consisting of CAR, KAP, NPL, NIM, BOPO, ROA RO, LR and LDR. The population consisted of 62 banks which included 31 national foreign exchange private banks, 3 Islamic foreign exchange banks, 4 state banks, 15 mixed banks and 8 foreign banks. The hypothesis was tested using Independent Sample T-test and Mean Whitney U.
The results show that the bank soundness had no significant difference both partially and si-multeously between before and during the global economic crisis, between during and after the global crisis, or between before and after the global crisis.
