ARIS BUDIMAN, Evaluation Of Regional Regulation No. 24 Of 2001 About The Levy Building Permit (IMB) In Kuantan Singingi, Mentored by Sujianto and Yoserizal. Therefore, each building will be carried out by any individual, agency or agencies should have to obtain prior permission in an attempt to make the region an orderly room Setup. In principle, the IMB aim to replicate the harmony between the environment and buildings. In addition, IMB is expected that the building will be built safely for the salvation of the soul of its inhabitants. By having the IMB landlord also has legal certainty for the building. Evaluation is the assessment of the merit process with government programs. Therefore, the evaluation is done also have a purpose. According to William Dunn evaluation is a method of analysis of wisdom used to generate information about the value or price of the actions that have been past and to come. Where the assessment is an evaluation of the general scheme inputs, processes, outputs and outcomes. This research was carried out in the District of Kuantan Singingi, which became the subject of research is the executing agency of the Copyright policy of the paper and the spatial and the recipient policy that is people who take care of IMB and IMB does not manage. Data collection was carried out with the technical interview and observation, after the data is collected and then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. From the results obtained that the evaluation of Regional Regulation No. 24 of 2001 about the levy building permit (IMB) in Kuantan Singingi is still not good. While the found factors that affect the evaluation of the Regional Regulation No. 24 of 2001 about the levy building permit (IMB) in Kuantan Singingi, namely human resource factor, factor supervision factor, community participation and compliance factors implementor.
