(Bab iv nya tidak ada)The research aims to analyze whether the influence of economic
growth, remaining over budget financing, PAD, DAU, DAK with the budget of
capital in regional government District/City in Riau.
The population of this research was the financial report all regional
governments District/City in Riau Province. The numbers of districts in Riau
Province as many as 12 districts, but the population of this research was 11
districts in 2007-2011 periode. The data obtained through the report of
regional financial District/City that has been in audited by BPK and the data
Economic Growth (PDRB) which was obtained from the Central Bureau of
Statistics (BPS). The data obtained were analyzed by using SPSS program
(statistical product servise solution) 16 version.
This research result proved that variable economic growth that
assumed in (PDRB), variable of the general allocation fund (DAU) and the
variable of special allocation fund (DAK) not effect the capital expenditure
budget, whereas the variable of remining over budget financing (SILPA) and
the variable of actual earnings area have impact on the capital expenditure
budget
