The Objectives of this research are to know the implementation of socialization function of banking female worker in Bangkinang toward their under five years children and the selection of substitution agent to take care their children during they work and also to know the problem that they face in implementation of the socialization function. This research is categorized as descriptive research by doing observation and deep interview to defend the totality of the object which is researched. The subject of this research is 20 banking female worker which use substitution agent services to take care of their under five years children.
The result of this research shows that all subject use the substitution agent services to take care of their children when they work. The substitution agent come from their family, neighbour or legal institution that has function to take care of their children. The selection of this subtution agent is based on some reason, one of them is the trust. Beside of that there are some problems that are faced by them in the socialization process with their children. In which all the problems is caused by the lack of time to interact with them.
