Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja dan Keterlibatan Kerja Dengan Perilaku Sosial Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir
The present research was aimed to investigate the relationship between Job satisfaction and job involvement with the state Elemenntary School Teachers Organizational citizenship behavior in Rumbai Pesisir Region. The research was conducted to 83 the State Elementary School Teachers with a random sampling technique. The research method was a survey of a correlational technique.
The instrument used to collect the data of job satisfaction and job Involvement with the State Elemantary School Teachers Organizational citizenship Behavior in Rumbai Pesisir Region was a questionnaire; whose validity and reliability had been tested using a alpha cronbach formula. The data analysis requirement had been tested with a normality teste of the population using Liliefort. A simple correlation technique, partial and multiple correlation at the level of α = 0.05. The results show that (1) there is a positive relationship between Job stasfaction ( X 1) and Teachers Organizational citizenship Behavior (Y) with regresssion equation Y = 59,467 + 0,629 X1 The simple correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,626. (2) There is a positive correlation between Job Involvement with the state Elementary School Teacher Organizational citizenship Behavior with regression equation Y = 64,019 + 0,592 X2. The smple correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,600 with level α = 0.05. (3) there is a positive relationship between Entrepreneurship and personality with the state Elementary School Principal Job performance simultaneously with regression Y = 39,181 + 0,438 X1 + 0,379 X2. The coefficient of multiple Rx1x2.y = 0,503.
