ABSTRACT: This research aim to relationship between (X1) with Dicipline of Work , (X2) with Dicipline of Work and relationship between (X1) and (X2) with Dicipline of Work. Population in this research is teacher of SMP Negeri in kecamatan Minas Kabupaten Siak. And respondent is 133, research sampel amount to 100 respondent. Data analysis the use is corelation analysis, correlation coeficient result of this research indicated that positive relationship between (X1) with (Y) with corelation coefficient 0.948, there are also relationship between (X2) with (Y) with corelation coeficient 0,936 (middle). While rerlationship betwen (X1) and (X2) with (Y) is 0,953. The conclution from corelation (X1) and (X2) with is owning direction positif.
