Sumarni. NIM. 1310247423. The relationship between knowledge of classroom management and discipline of teachers working with the effectiveness of management classes in kindergarten throughout the District Charming Pekanbaru.
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between variables: 1) The effectiveness of classroom management (Y).
2) Knowledge management class (X1). 3) Discipline teacher work (X2). Data were obtained through a questionnaire to 109 samples Kindergarten teacher se-District of Charming City Pekanbaru .dengan proportional stratified random sampling technique. Validity is tested using the Pearson product moment formula and instrument reliability coefficients were calculated using Cronbach Alpha formula. Results showed that:
1) There is a strong link between knowledge of classroom management effectiveness Classroom Management. With ry1 correlation coefficient 0.705 and the regression equation
