Analisis Quality Service Layout Terhadap Humanistic Effect (Studi Kasus Pada Hotel Ibis Pekanbaru)

Purpose of thise research was to analyze the effect caused by the Quality Service Layout of the Humanistik Effect. Which consist of Ambient Condition (condition with respect to the environment), Spatial Layout and Fungsional (Spacious Layout an has a function), and Sign/Symbols and Artefact (signs/Symbols and artefact).
The research population totaled 7.235 People, whereas sampling using Accidental Sampling, in order to a sample of 99 people. Methods of analisis used in this research is a quantitave descriptive method. Simultaneously and partial.
Test result show that there is a simultaneous significan effect 0n the Quality Service Layout to the Humanistik Effect. Partial indicate that the Ambient Condition has a significan effect to the Humanistik Effect, while that Spatial Layout and Fungsional and Sign/Symbols and Artefact does not have a significan effect to the Humanistik Effect. Sign/Symbols and Artefact has the opposite relationship to the Humanistic Effect.
