Peran Penyuluhan Dalam Pemberdayaan Petani Karet Pola Swadaya Di Kecamatan Kelayang Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

The purpose of this research are: (1) Assess the role of an extension of rubber farming activities. (2) Analyzing the level of empowerment rubber farmers. (3) Analyze the achievement of the objectives of the extension seen better farming, better business, and better living. (4) Analyze the role of extension workers influence on the level of empowerment of self-pattern rubber farmers. (5) Analyze the effect of the level of empowerment of farmers towards achieving the goal of education is seen better farming, better business, and better living. This research was conducted in Tanjung Beludu Village and Simpang Kota Medan village of Kelayang Sub-District Indragiri Hulu District. Respondents were taken by purposive sampling method with a total sample of 120 people. To answer the research objectives of the first, second and third used Likert Scale Method's. To answer the fourth and fifth of the research objectives were using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed (1) the role of education has been quite instrumental, (2) the empowerment of rubber farmers self-sufficient power, (3) achievement of the objectives of extension also often been quite achieved, (4) the role of extension workers in providing education, Dissemination, consultation and monitoring and evaluation give effect to the empowerment of the rubber farmers. (5) achievement of the objectives of extension shows the empowerment of farmers in productive economic impact the achievement of the objectives of extension.
