Information Systems Research Data Archive at the Center for Technology Assessment (BPTP) Lists is an application program that is designed to facilitate the search for a systematic data to display the data needed research. Broadly speaking, in the field of information systems research data archive has been used in a computerized data storage, but a small portion still use manual methods in the search of data so easy to have difficulty in searching the data. Techniques of data collection conducted by the authors for the completion of this report with data collection techniques with interviews, document analysis, and websites related to the research conducted by the author. From the results of research by the author, the author utilizes computer technology as a design tool to create a program using Xampp created using the software as a medium for accessing a web application server, macromedia CS4 as a media editor to create perancagan and web coding. Whereas in its design using a flowchart, context diagrams, data flow diagrams, data dictionary and entitiy Relationship Diagrams that serve as a medium for ease in handling a problem in Information Systems Research Data Archive at the Institute for Agricultural Technology (BPTP) Riau.
