Hubungan Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Guru Di SMAN 2 Mandau Kecamatan Mandau-Bengkalis

The aim of the study was to analyzed the correlation between Leadership and Organizational Culture Relationship with Teacher Job Satisfaction in SMAN 2 Mandau-Bengkalis. The source of data was collected from 73 teachers in SMAN 2 Mandau who were selected using random sampling technique. Data was analyzed using correlation analysis. The result of this research indicated a positive relationship between leadership with teacher job satisfaction . The correlation coefficient was 0,21 or positive relationship. The correlation organizational culture relationship with teacher job satisfaction was 0,14; relationship between leadership and organizational culture relationship with teacher job satisfaction was 0,32. It was concluded that there was a positive trend of correlation amongst leadership , organizational culture relationship and teacher job satisfaction.
