Residential planning should give priority to quality, therefore the selection of quality materials and workmanship to be more controlled way. Getting the design goal for the planning of residential houses with a room area of 127,91 m 2 based on Local Regulation Pekanbaru and to calculate the cost budget. Results planning for Rp.346.400.000,00 with an area of 127,91 m2 and the price per m2 Rp.2.710.000,00.
